Captain Marvel, All Might, Superman, Goku and pretty much every Dragon Ball Z character seem like they might be too over powered for Dungeons & Dragons. But if you made a subclass that slowly stacked strength and speed power ups over time, you'd end up with something to feel similar to Super Saiyan powerful in D&D 5e.
