Predator Vs Batman - Best Crossover In The History Of Comics - Explored - Unexpectedly Phenomenal

Crossovers in comics can either be a hit or a miss. But, it is always highly anticipated. There is something special about watching the characters from two incredible universes come together either as friends or foes and the DC Comics are no stranger to taking a deep dive into this mix.
One such successful crossover was the Batman vs Predator series from 1991 by Dark Horse Comics. Written by Dave Gibbons, these comics are part of a three-issue series that won the Eisner Award! The Predator issues by Dark Horse Comics have also had a loyal following but ever since the first Predator film struck the world of science-fiction in 1987, its stardom has catapulted into the mainstream. And its popularity has only increased over time. So, watching these terrifying aliens hit the streets of Gotham has been quite the experience for readers and the fanbases of both Dark Horse Comics and DC Comics alike.
Andy and Adam Kubert pulled the reins on the pencil and ink for the issues while Sherilyn Van Valkenburgh knocked its splendor out of the park as the colorist. Arthur Suydam added the cherry on top with the covers.
After the success of the 1991 issue, the series went on to have a sequel from December 1993 to March 1994 called Batman versus Predator II: Blood match. Its final issue Batman versus Predator: Blood Ties ran from December 1997 to February 1998.
The three issues revolve around Batman’s altercation with the Predator, who comes to Gotham in a spaceship and kills with a code of honor. As the aliens slaughter the people to take their heads as a trophy, Batman must stop them and save Gotham, once again. He takes on the Predator by himself in the first issue but is joined by Huntress and Robin in the next two. What’s more? He seems to have a myriad of other problems barring the alien mass murderer in issues two and three with the druglordTerraro who puts a price on his head and Mr. Freeze respectively.
