United Party for National Development- UPND youths have disputed the move by permanent secretary Amos Malupenga to limit the number people to the inauguration ceremony president elect Hakainde Hichilema on Tuesday next week.
UPND deputy national Chairperson Trevor Mwinde has contended that the move by government is discriminatory and is likely to cause confusion because many Zambians who voted for Hakainde Hichilema would like to witness his inauguration.
Speaking in an interview with Muvi Tv, Mr Mwinde has advised Mr. Malupenga to retract his communique but instead urge Zambians to put in place covid 19 preventive measures as they attend the prestigious event.
