How to stay fit and minimize pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain.

As a doctor of physical therapy, I am well versed in prescribing therapeutic exercises for managing different medical conditions and also to stay fit. This video was shot when I was in my third trimester; and due to alteration in my body's center of gravity at this point, I made some modifications in how I preformed some of the stretches.
All the exercises shown in this video are first, second, and third trimester friendly, but you should consult with your health care provider if you have any concerns about how safe it is for you to exercise during pregnancy.
