HH Accuses President Lungu Of Being Terrified Of The Former’s Presence On The Ballot

United Party for National Development (UPND) leader, Hakainde Hichilema has accused President Edgar Lungu of being a terrified of the former’s presence on the ballot.
Mr. Hichilema said this Thursday night around 22:00hours when he made a stopover in Mansa, Luapula Province.
He claims that President Lungu has been using state institutions to frustrate him such, as the police.
