30 MIN Kettle Bell workout out today. In today's Kettle Bell workout we are going to work in a HIIT style, pushing ourselves in our 30 seconds of work.
I have paired two exercises together in each circuit and we will do 8 rounds. I have the exercises listed below so check it out and then grab those kettle bells.
Circuit #1
Wide side step with elbow raise/ Press from chest with knee pull ins
Circuit #2
Lunge and Press/ Double Parallel lift with full sit up
Circuit #3
Side lunge tap with curtsy snatch/ plank knee ins
Circuit #4
Squat at top and bottom/ Press from chest with 4 leg shifts
Circuit #5
Hop with bell at bottom, 2 squat pulses/ 4 climbers, hop feet in a grab bell to stand
