It's time for the Rainbow High Costume Ball, and of course, Tommy Purr's selection from this line-up is the purrfect Violet Willow. A few missed opportunities with this doll's design keep her from being a solid 10 on the rating scale, but nonetheless, it's a fun doll with a less-than-fun price point.
