Massage for patient with extra delicate skin and badly sore muscles

This is one of the middle massage sessions with Julia. She suffers severe muscle pain as well as nerve inflammation. She already feels so much better and we continue the therapy.
But her skin tho! I should be very careful because her capillary networks are so so delicate and fragile!
