The Department of Correctional Services is worried about the skyrocketing number of youth offenders in the country's prisons. More than 42 000 juveniles are currently incarcerated. Meanwhile, youths in the Rustenburg Correctional Facility in the North West province have warned others not to become involved in crime. They were participating in a dialogue organised by Motsweding FM Current Affairs to commemorate Youth Month.
