Hand forged Christmas gift. iron icicle

For those of you that aren't sure what to get or make as a gift for your loved ones this year I have a simple project for you. This is a simple ornament or decoration the iron icicle. all you need is a peace of 1/4 in round or square bar 4 in long and about 10 min of time. If you use round bar you will need to forge it square for this project. after it is square you forge a square taper or point on 1 end. Then you heat it and twist it and give it a good brushing to clean off any scale. with material this small it is simpler to drill a hole in the opposite end of the point to attach a string. and it is that simple.
