A quicker| More Convenient, video of version of my butter chicken.

recipe:
Marinade:
5 grams whole coriander (~ 1tsp)
5 Cloves of garlic
2 lemons
64ml of neutral tasting oil
nice bunch each of , fresh parsley, cilantro and marjoram.
2 jalapeno peppers
3 serrano peppers.

reserve some cilantro for finishing the sauce .

Sauce:
400 grams (14oz, nearly 2 cups) Fire roasted tomatoes
4 Fresh Roma tomato
225g of unsalted butter ( 8 ounce)
2 whole cinnamon Sticks
3 Bay leaves
1 shallot
4 Cloves of garlic
40 grams of peeled ginger 1.4 0z)
4 grams ground cinnamon
6 grams garam masala
3 grams cumin
5 grams fenugreek
I highly recommend both using metric and a micro scale, but if you insist on using imperial volumetric measurements then 4.5 grams is roughly one teaspoon.

Rice
173 grams Basmati Rice
231ml chicken stock
200 grams of slivered or sliced almonds
40 grams of golden raisins
20 grams of sugar.
1 blob of unsalted butter
