Dr. Wati Aier is the founder of Oriental Theological Seminary. Under his leadership, the Forum for Naga Reconciliation brought together all warring Naga underground factions to peace by signing 'Covenant of Reconciliation on 13 June, 2009. Since then, there has never been major factional bloodshed among Naga national groups.
Now his work for Nagas focus on making the borders between Naga people fall. The FNR has initiated a movement called 'Nagas Without Borders' to bring Naga people in different Indian States and different countries together as one.
