City Planner Plays City Building Competition!
1. Map and Setup. The following are the core rules for the competition:
The only mods that may be used in this build are contained in a map, mod, and asset set, which can be found here. You do not have to use any or all of the mods in this collection.
You may also use ANY downloadable content (DLC) or content creator packs (CCP) that you own. Not using DLC or CCP will not put you at a disadvantage relative to other creators.
You may unlock tiles around the map to access the coast, but you can not expand the size of the island.
Your city must be functional, so do not build using unlimited money.
You may terraform the map within the 1 tile to create additional interest, should you see fit.
2. Disqualification. Subscribe to any or all of the mods and assets contained in the collection linked in rule #1. ONLY the map and mods available in this collection. PLEASE be sure to check over your save to ensure that you do not have additional mods or assets in the save. If you're selected as a finalist, your save file will be checked and having additional mods and assets enabled will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Releases. By submitting a city, you agree that (1) if selected as a finalist, your save can be re-uploaded to Steam under the City Planner Plays account (with all credit given to the submitter) and (2) City Planner Plays is authorized to make a video analyzing and discussing the build. (3) If you win the contest, you must provide a secure location with a verifiable address to receive the item. City Planner Plays is not responsible for lost, stolen, or defective prizes and will not replace the prize in any of those events. City Planner Plays will provide contact information for the original vendor, should a prize arrive defective.
4. Entering the Contest and Key Dates. The Contest will begin on November 5th, 2021 at 10 PM CST and entries will be accepted until November 20th, 2021 at 11:59PM CST. All submittals shall be made on the City Planner Plays Discord Server (http://discord.gg/CityPlannerPlays) under the city-building-contest channel.
All submittals shall contain:
-Up to 5 images of the city, including an overview of the city.
-Information about your save in the following format:

-Brief City Description:
-Link to Save:
PLEASE READ - Adding additional photos or information will result in disqualification, as will missing any of the requested information. Please be thorough with your submission.
5. Review Criteria. City Planner Plays and five other judges will identify 3-5 of their favorite builds to bring to the review round based on the images presented in the city-building-contest channel. Each build will be reviewed based upon the following: Layout and Roadway Configuration, Land Use Planning, Transit, City Services, Aesthetics, and Functionality of the City. City Planner Plays will create a video highlighting the top three builds and create a poll question on the channel's Community Tab allowing members of the Community to vote on their favorite build. The build with the most votes after 24 hours will win the EVGA RTX 3060 Ti.
