One such dog was found today in Kratovo at 8:30 a.m. at the local school, blood stains under the tail, swelling on both sides, staggered gait, weakness. He was completely covered in snow, he was suffering under the terrible cold. A kind person covered him with a blanket and called us. The boy is currently at the hospital. We are waiting for a blood donor for a blood transfusion.
