11/22/2021, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Going Around on Bus, Foot to Collect Gangstalking Perp

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

I do not usually like to take public transit buses often because of the inconveniences and various hassles of always using this transportation mode. I mentioned about this video in the previous video description. It is less comfortable and there is also a perceived social status decline compared to private vehicle transportation, by always taking the buses. However, It does allow me the opportunity to get up closer to record and share the gangstalking perps who show up, compared to just driving by fast in a vehicle. I will collects perps by vehicle or on foot as it does not matter to me because the content must flow to my fellow international group associates across the planet. That is our mission, to hunt down as many perps as possible, and collect.

It is common knowledge that organized harassment perpetrators always go out of their way to unnecessarily loiter around anywhere for far too long than a normal non perp. They will go somewhere to do very little or nothing at all, and then leave. Only perps are paid dirty money to waste their time this way.

There were several gangstalking perps in this video, from one headlight perp vehicles to loitering foot perps. The most interesting foot perp is the white puffy jacket Asian female waiting for the bus at the bus stop even before I arrived. She did not even get on a bus and eventually went across the street to the Victoria BMW, Mini car dealership parking lot, to get into the white car with headlights on. The white car then drove off from the car lot, with her across the bridge, in the opposite direction that she intended to go.
