We are pleased to announce that, as we have in the past four years, Christ Church will offer an electronic ballot as an option for casting votes for the positions of Vestry Members and Delegate and Alternate Delegate to the Diocesan Convention.
Electing leaders who will guide us in our mission to Embrace, Equip, and Empower Apostles to Serve Jesus Christ is an important responsibility. Your participation is encouraged and appreciated.
In addition to the option of in-person voting at the Parish House, eligible voters will receive an electronic ballot via email on Monday, November 1, the day that voting begins. Voters will also receive a booklet with a tear-out ballot on the inside back cover which can be filled out and mailed back to the church. Per our parish by-laws, all eligible voters may vote once per election cycle. This extends to email voting with only one vote per email address allowed through the electronic voting system.

You will be able to vote in person at the Parish House or through mailed or email ballot:
Monday - Friday, November 1 - 5, 8 - 12, and 15 - 19 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sundays, November 7, 14 from 9:30 AM - 11:15 AM
Sunday, November 21 from 9:30 AM - the conclusion of the Annual Meeting
Please note - electronic voting closes Friday, November 19 at 4:00 PM
