This video will demonstrate when and how to complete the Expenditures to Independent Contractors form using the MEC’s campaign finance electronic filing system. The Expenditures to Independent Contractors form is a supplemental form that discloses a pro-rated list of any services provided by an independent contractor that were paid for by your committee during the reporting period. If your committee did not make any such expenditures, you will not complete this form.
