
Have you ever wondered what it would be like (what it would look like?!) to eat an entire day's worth of food in one sitting? What if all those calories could ONLY come in the form of fruit, juice, and/or vegetables? Would it even be possible?!
Today, I'm doubling up on the fullness factor of the already very worthy challenge of eating (the average person's) entire daily caloric requirement, as we are doing it all with Khun Kae's smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juice, and unique and ultra-healthy shots, shakes, and fruit plates.
Awesome to have you hanging out with my friend Jeremy and I today - we are Khun Kae's Juice Bar - the original Chiang Mai spot (its in the downtown "old city" area) still going strong for over 16 years.
The amount of fruit and veggies that goes into the food you see us eating here today is a bit staggering, I wonder how many days it would take us to digest it all if it wasn't blended, pressed, or mashed together first... wow. The shakes not so much, but the cold-pressed stuff might actually be 15-20kg worth of raw plant/fruit matter - thus is the power of juicing!
I hope you are inspired to try some experiments like this out for yourself, and as I mentioned in this video, I hope this intrigues you enough to check out the next video (next month) in a similar type focus - something like "How many calories is it possible to BURN in 10 weeks of intense training (and what do you have to EAT to keep yourself healthy)?
