INGREDIENTS:
Coffee caramel pudding
2 eggs
Sugar 1/4 cup
Water 2 tbsp
Caramelised the sugar
5 inch heatproof pan
Spread evenly
Let it cool down
Coffee 1 tsp
Sugar 1/4 cup
Lukewarm milk 1 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Cover
Place a stand
Boiling water
Steam it for 20-30 mins on medium flame
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
