Just drill a 3/16" hole in the concrete hole and drive the anchor in. Available in lengths 1-1/8" to 5-1/2" lenghts and is exterior coated for use with treated lumber. To select the correct anchor length, just add an inch to the material you are fastening. For instance, for 2x material, use a 2-1/2" Perma Grip. These are a great alternative to to Tapcon or other concrete screws. The most common application is attaching lumber to concrete, block and other masonry materials.
