Chanda Advises Diplomats To Avoid Issuing Remarks Which Might Injure Rights And Values Of Zambians

The opposition New Congress Party has advised diplomats accredited to Zambia such as the British high Commissioner Nicholas Wooley to avoid issuing remarks which might injure the rights and values of Zambians.
Pastor Chanda has charged that the recent remarks by Mr. Wooley in where he indicated that it is up to Zambians themselves to decide if they want to promote gay rights or not, should not be uttered by individuals such as Mr. Wooley.
According to Pastor Chanda such sentiments are meant to introduce and entice Zambians to the promotion of gay rights which Zambians have denied for many years.
He was speaking during a media briefing in Lusaka.
