In recognition of International Equal Pay Day, we joined Unbounce and Hootsuite for a live panel to talk about the challenges and lessons learned along the journey to advancing equal pay, gender equity, and racial equity.
Meet the panelists:

The live panel was part of the Pay Up For Progress Pledge, an initiative spearheaded by Unbounce that asks CEOs to prioritize pay parity just like they would any other business objective.
Bench joined the Pay Up For Progress pledge because it non-negotiably aligns with our commitments to anti-racism and anti-discrimination. Reaching gender and other forms of pay parity is challenging work. The accountability and support from other businesses who have also made this pledge is invaluable to us as we progress along this journey.
