The ACT's COVID-19 outbreak today climbed to more than 200 cases, with 21 new infections recorded.
Only 15 of those can be linked and just 14 were in quarantine for their entire infectious period.
And as promised the ACT government has announced some changes to life in lockdown.
Small businesses will have more flexibility to trade, but the freedoms of some large essential stores are being curbed even more.
