Equipment Needed: hand weights and hand or kitchen towel
Reach out in one direction while extending your opposite leg out the other way. Reach up then reach down. Add some resistance work by simply using a hand towel. Stand up. Sit down. Pick up your hand weights to work on your upper body strength. These are just a few exercises you'll do along with Karly today.
Don't worry that these may be too difficult. Karly has alternative moves and methods for you to do instead.
