Installing an additional hard drive for an HP workstation without the HP specific screws.

I was trying to figure out how to install a hard drive has a second device and, having worked at USA ages ago, I recognize the slots where the hard drive goes is needing those somewhat special HP screws. After a little bit of finagling, I figured out a workaround.
Please let me know if I can update this description or anything a little bit better.
