Urad Dal - Half Bowl
Oil - 4 TSP
Mustard seeds - Half TSP
Cumin Seeds - Half TSP
Whole coriander - Half TSP
Green Aniseed- Half TSP
Pinch of hinge
Finely chopped green chilli-2to3
Red Chilli Powder-4to5 TSP
Turmeric Powder-Half TSP
Coriander Powder-One TSP
Hot spice mixture-Two TSP

Salt - One TSP
Oil for deep fry
